About 5 acres health concern for commercial or industrial use 9 half-acre grids 21 Conclusions Some uncertainty exists in these conclusions.

PCB and mercury contamination remains in the marsh area near the site Clinker waste found on Clairmont Lane 22 Recommendations Do not develop the LCP Chemicals Site for residential, commercial, or industrial use unless steps are taken to prevent contact with PCBs, mercury, lead, and PAHs in soils.

23 Recommendations Collect sediment and fish samples from the Altamaha Canal the on-site pond Continue to monitor fish and shellfish from the Turtle River and the marsh near the LCP Chemicals Site
