Prevention Outreach (CGAUX) Commercial Vessel Activities (CG) Port & Facility Activities (CG) We are going to focus on the CGAUX program because it does not require access to a port or certification by the Coast Guard. This AUXMEES certification (Prevention Outreach) applies to every area of our District and is associated with Environmental Protection and Public Education a key focus of CGAUX 4 Focus on the Auxiliary Prevention Outreach Specialist Program Purpose: Auxiliary Prevention Outreach Specialists provide short duration seminars on selected Marine Environmental Protection, Sea Partners and Americas Waterway Watch topics to a wide range of audiences. audiences 5 HOW TO GET STARTED Determine which program you would like to participate in and if that program is supported in your Sector. Contact the ASC (Aux Sector Coordinator) through the Chain of Leadership, starting with your FSOMS.
