Reference Color Wheel Construct a color wheel Use 81/2 x 11 paper to construct a reference color wheel to keep in your

notebook. 1. Use a protractor to construct a circle Mark the following angles: 0, 30, 60, 90,

120 150, 180 2. Use a ruler to connect angles: Top 90, lower 30, & 150. You have drawn a triangle within a circle.

3. Use a ruler to connect angles: Lower 90 , top 30 & 150 You will see a triangle behind a triangle within a circle.

4. On the top-most triangle, use a ruler to draw lines from the center to the mid-point of each side.

5. Mark each section with the correct colors of the spectrum. ROY G BIV Red, orange, yellow Green, blue, violet
